You may download a copy of the Official LBC form which lists all your Judging experience, Stewarding, Seminars attended, Stud Book Numbers gained by dogs you have bred and/or owned.

You must be nominated by a breed club so when completed you should return to the Secretary or other nominated person for approval.

You must not send the completed form direct to the Breed Council Sectretary -Sussie Wiles as it will not be accepted.

If you download the MS Word version you can complete the form using Word. It will then be easier to read and produce better copies. Once you have been nominated by a Breed Club your form will be sent to theLBC secretary who then circulates to all Breed Clubs for consideration. They discuss nominated judges in committee and ther decision is taken to the annual breed council meeting for a vote.

You must ensure your experience, name, address & contact details are correct. Any changes must be notified direct to LBC Secretary.

If you have gained enough experience to warrant promotion to a higher list you should complete another form or augment a previous version. You should then send this to the Breed Club which has agreed to nominate you.
